Overjet

Overjet is a dental artificial intelligence company founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. It builds AI technology for dental providers, insurers and educators, applying computer vision and machine learning to medical and dental imaging analysis, speech and clinical documentation, and insurance verification automation. The company was founded by experts from MIT and Harvard University.

Its flagship product, Vision AI, is an FDA-cleared platform that detects, outlines and quantifies oral diseases in dental X-rays with millimeter-level precision. The product line also includes IRIS, an AI-native dental imaging software; a Voice AI Suite for clinical documentation; and AI-powered insurance verification for dental practices and organisations.

Overjet's technology is in use across private practices, dental support organisations and payers. The company serves thousands of dentists and the largest DSOs in North America, and partners with the majority of the top ten US dental insurers - payers collectively covering more than 120 million members. It has raised approximately $133 million in total funding, at a valuation of $550 million.
