RAS Recruiting is the Spanish division of Grupo RAS, specialising in the attraction, selection and evaluation of professionals and mid-management profiles for positions of responsibility. Its work covers the full recruitment cycle - attraction, selection, hiring and assessment - with particular emphasis on management and responsibility roles.

Alongside recruitment and selection, the firm offers temporary staffing solutions that connect companies with candidates, outsourcing arrangements for organisations' personnel needs, and strategic consulting aimed at helping clients attract and retain high-potential talent.

The division is part of a group that employs more than 1,300 professionals, of whom more than 150 are based in Spain. The group operates more than 200 offices across Spain and France and maintains a talent community of more than 30,000 people.
