EXALTA Group is a global solutions provider and integrated OEM partner to the MedTech industry, working with orthopedic medical device companies on end-to-end design, engineering, regulatory affairs, precision manufacturing and post-market surveillance. The group was formed from the combination of three businesses: Intech, Tyber Medical and Resolve Surgical. It is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The company employs more than 1,600 professionals and operates 10 manufacturing facilities across three continents - North America, Europe and Asia. Its technical work spans medical device design and engineering, precision manufacturing, and regulatory expertise including FDA 510(k) submissions. Applications served include trauma, spine, extremities, sports medicine, cardiothoracic surgery and robotics-assisted surgery.

Scale indicators include more than 150 FDA 510(k) clearances, over 30 global registrations, upwards of 250 issued patents and over 100 products launched. The group describes its focus as bringing medical technologies from concept to market with an emphasis on speed and reliability.
